Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Program Manager of Fleet Operations to lead the rollout and optimization of commercial fleet programs for our extensive diesel network across 26 states. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, coordinate with Field Operations, IT, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, and enhance the driver experience at the pump and in-store.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or industry equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in retail/convenience store ops, commercial fueling, or fleet management.
• Knowledge of fleet POS systems, Salesforce, and fuel payment networks is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholder management.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of new commercial fleet programs and operational initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with Field Operations and improve fleet presence awareness.
• Leverage fleet POS, fueling tech, and payment architectures to optimize transactions.
• Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align goals and drive fleet growth.
• Promote fleet services and brand presence at industry events while maintaining brand standards.
• Identify and implement solutions to improve operational execution and diagnose issues.
