Job summary

Worley is seeking a Fleet Parts Lead for a remote Arctic role at Prudhoe Bay, AK, on a rotational schedule. The position oversees inventory, warehousing, procurement, and parts distribution to support fleet maintenance with strong leadership and safety focus.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure parts availability. Expect a demanding schedule with travel support and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in fleet parts operations, inventory control, warehousing, procurement, or equipment parts management.
• Minimum one (1) year of leadership, lead, or supervisory experience.
• Experience with computerized inventory and stock management systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid driver's license and ability to be covered by Worley auto insurer.
• NSTC certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to fleet parts personnel.
• Schedule daily workload and allocate resources to meet priorities.
• Review fleet maintenance and project requirements for parts and consumables.
• Maintain inventory levels and initiate requisitions.
• Arrange shipment and delivery of parts to support operations.
• Support procurement of spare and repair parts.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and vendors to ensure uninterrupted fleet support.
• Mentor and train team members on processes and safety.
• Visit work areas to monitor inventory and address issues.
