Qualifications

• Five years of residential construction project management experience.
• Two years managing Florida projects.
• Proficient in Xactimate and Microsoft Office.
• Advanced knowledge of Florida Building Code and local requirements.
• Extremely detail oriented with strong reporting skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction oversight and QC for housing rehab, reconstruction, and new builds funded by HUD programs.
• Coordinate with state/local officials and environmental teams to ensure HUD/Florida code compliance.
• Develop SOPs for construction standards and environmental mitigation.
• Support procurement teams in contractor scoring and selection processes.
• Manage training staff and conduct technical assistance workshops.
• Oversee documentation for all construction phases and resolve issues.
