Job summary

Rebuilding Together Greater Florida is seeking a Construction Manager to lead district construction operations, coordinate with program teams, and oversee budgets and schedules across rehabilitation, new construction, and disaster recovery projects.

You will supervise field crews, ensure compliance with Florida Building Code, SHIP, CDBG, HUD, and FEMA funding requirements, and maintain project documentation in approved systems. Travel within the district and statewide collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of residential construction management experience, including supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead district construction operations and report to VP of Construction.
• Supervise district Construction Coordinator and oversee subcontractors.
• Manage multiple projects from permitting to closeout, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Maintain documentation in BuilderTrend, Salesforce, or approved systems.
