Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, operations, or records management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office to organize information and trackers.
• Willingness to learn FIU processes and 314(b) requests.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate FIU administrative requests and work items per procedures, priorities and deadlines.
• Prepare and organize documents for 314(b) requests, subpoenas, and FIU information requests.
• Coordinate information with internal departments, program partners, financial institutions, and other stakeholders; track deadlines.
• Maintain complete and accurate request files, correspondence and logs.
• Manage workload, track due dates, prioritize requests and deliverables.
• Work independently and escalate issues when needed.
• Provide timely status updates and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Handle sensitive information with care and in line with bank requirements.
• Provide administrative support for FIU meetings, reporting and special projects.
