Job summary

Trainermetrics seeks a motivated sales professional to develop outbound campaigns and drive revenue using Salesforce and Outreach, reporting to the founders.

This role is remote, part-time (10–15 hours/week) with potential to become full-time, requiring 2+ years in sales and fitness/athletics experience, a proven quota record, and strong self-discipline.

You will create cold sequences, qualify leads, schedule demos, close new business, and continuously improve campaigns to meet weekly metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or service-industry experience.
• 2+ years of experience in fitness, wellness, athletics, or human performance work.
• Tech-savvy and a quick self-learner.
• Proven track record of quota achievement.
• Work well with deadlines and can manage priorities without direct supervision.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently with time management and self-discipline.

Responsibilities

• Creation of cold outbound sales sequences.
• Prospect discovery and qualification.
• Scheduling and performing product demos.
• Closing new sales and managing existing customers.
• Assess campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Achieving, and exceeding, weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.).
