AMSURG, a national leader in ambulatory surgery center services, seeks a VP of Development to drive growth through strategic transactions and partnerships. You will lead deals, evaluate opportunities, and collaborate with brokers, bankers, and FP&A to create value across markets.

The role requires a seven+ year track record in complex transactions, strong consultative selling, and the ability to travel nationwide up to 60%. A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required with seven+ years of successful experience in related transactions.
• Experience with complex transactions preferred, especially in healthcare.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals through consultative selling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the transaction process from engagement to closing.
• Manage complex transactions involving surgery centers and physician practices.
• Qualify and evaluate leads from marketing campaigns to drive M&A strategy.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in high priority markets via cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Present and sell the AMSURG business model to prospective partners in markets.
• Collaborate with third-party brokers and bankers to evaluate partnership opportunities.
• Lead data-sharing with prospects and work with FP&A to develop pro formas.
• Work with Operations to execute strategic partnerships for growth in centers.
• Travel up to 60% nationwide as needed.
