Qualifications

• Proficiency with analytics & visualization tools; interest in AI/automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate ambiguous questions into analyses.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate questions into insights.
• Analyze claims, prescription, patient services, sales data.
• Develop dashboards and presentations linking data to priorities.
• Support patient journey analytics and campaign measurement.
