Job summary

Hilo by Aktiia is seeking a Head of US Market to own the US commercial strategy from the ground up. You will be the on-the-ground representative, shape strategy, and coordinate with a centralized team to ensure local relevance.

Based in the US with remote-first flexibility, you will lead execution across paid media, PR, KOLs, affiliates, newsletters, social channels, and partnerships, with significant budget responsibility and a focus on growth and customer impact.

Qualifications

• Experience growing a business with meaningful budget responsibility and a track record of commercial impact.
• Proven ability to take a product to market and scale it in a high-growth environment.
• Strong executive communication skills and stakeholder influence, with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Shape the US commercial strategy with local market insight and drive its on-the-ground execution.
• Lead end-to-end US customer experience, collaborating with Product, App, Website, Operations, and Support to reduce friction and improve conversion and retention.
• Own significant US budget and be accountable for commercial performance.
• Be Hilo's brand ambassador in the US, representing the company at industry events, press, and partner conversations.
• Support B2B and partnerships as a local spearhead for clinics and payer/employer partners.
