Sei Labs, a unicorn startup building Sei, the fastest EVM blockchain for trading, seeks an Operations Lead to own the daily operating engine of its FCM from day one.

You will own trade lifecycle, custody, KYC/AML handoffs, treasury flows and back-office operations while coordinating with Compliance, Risk, Finance and Engineering. You’ll build a scalable operating model and lead the team as volume grows.

Competenze

• 6+ years of progressively responsible futures/clearing operations experience.
• Hands-on, end-to-end trade flow experience: execution, clearing, settlement and reporting.
• Deep experience with position management and margin.
• Working knowledge of FCM obligations, including customer funds segregation and daily segregation computations.
• A clean regulatory record, with no NFA or FINRA disciplinary history.
• Strong process and control design skills, and comfort writing the playbook.
• Data fluency (SQL or advanced Excel) and the ability to partner with engineers on automation.
• Autonomy and composure in a 0-to-1 environment where priorities shift often.

Mansioni

• Trade lifecycle and clearing: own end-to-end trade flow, including capture, booking, DCM/DCO and daily files.
• Reconciliations: run daily trade, position, margin, fee and cash reconciliations and drive resolution.
• Margin and positions: run margin processing, margin calls and settlement; coordinate liquidations or reductions.
• Treasury and customer funds: operate deposits/withdrawals across fiat and stablecoins; provide reconciled data.
• Account lifecycle: own KYC/AML handoff to account opening and ongoing maintenance.
• Vendors and resilience: manage relationships with clearing houses, banks, custodians; run SLAs and DR plans.
• Controls and governance: write procedures, maker-checker controls, risk indicators, and reporting.
• Regulatory credibility: explain and defend operating model to regulators during registration and exams.
