Job summary

Vesta Innovations Inc. is seeking the first Technical Integration Specialist on the Partnerships team to own and accelerate partner integrations.

You will be the technical go-to, review partner docs, and guide data flows between systems, including MISMO fields, to ensure smooth implementations and superior customer experiences. You will collaborate with partnerships managers, product, and customers, owning demos, triaging questions, and helping shape the integration roadmap for rapid, reliable

Qualifications

Experience working on integrations at mortgage technology companies.
Ability to review partner technical docs and MISMO fields.
Strong communication and relationship-building with partners.
Comfort presenting demos and collaborating with product management.
Able to coordinate from testing to launch and maintain integration quality.

Responsibilities

Be the go-to technical contact for the partnerships team and lead demos of integrations.
Review partner technical documentation and map how their systems handle data to ours.
Support the product manager with context and triage questions from partners.
Guide integrations from testing through launch and certify partner integrations.
Troubleshoot customer integration issues with partners and ensure a seamless experience.
