Job summary

Brkthru, a remote-first digital recruitment partner, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting for media, marketing, technical, and sales roles.

You'll partner with senior leaders to shape searches, build sourcing strategies, and drive timely hires. Represent Brkthru at events and contribute to learning initiatives. Remote-first with travel to hubs/offsites as needed.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers to fill roles end-to-end.
• Phone screens independently and manage multiple open roles.
• Credible, executive presence with VP-level and senior leaders.
• Strong judgment for screening decisions and hiring recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep searches moving.
• Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles from intake to offer.
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers and senior leaders to define success.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Coach hiring teams on structured, fair interviewing processes.
• Screen and phone interview candidates aligned with Brkthru hiring focus.
• Drive the interview process to timely decisions and offers.
• Partner with VP-level stakeholders and keep candidates informed.
• Maintain candidate records and pipelines compliant with employment law.
• Improve recruiting processes with data tracking and better candidate experience.
