point of view is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Los Angeles to lead end-to-end execution across item setup, planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment. The role emphasizes scalable processes for retail growth in DTC and wholesale channels, reporting to the VP of Operations.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup with cross-functional dependencies, implementing robust KPIs and proactive risk mitigation.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of supply chain, operations, or logistics experience in a consumer products environment.
• Hands-on experience with PO management, inventory planning, and 3PL coordination
• Proficiency in spreadsheet-based planning tools; comfort building and maintaining trackers
• Strong organizational skills - able to manage multiple open work streams simultaneously
• Experience working with retail partners and understanding of wholesale compliance requirements (routing guides, EDI basics)
• Clear communicator - written and verbal - across internal teams and external vendors

Responsabilidades

• Own item master setup and maintenance across internal systems, 3PL, and retail partners
• Manage purchase order lifecycle - from requisition through supplier confirmation, deposit, and delivery tracking
• Maintain weekly inventory health reporting including WOS, stockout risk, and replenishment triggers
• Coordinate inbound logistics with suppliers and freight forwarders, including mode-of-transport decisions
• Support wholesale operations - PO receipt, 3PL fulfillment coordination, routing guide compliance
• Own 3PL relationship day-to-day - SLA monitoring, exception management, special order processing
• Collaborate with demand forecasting on S&OP inputs and forward coverage analysis
• Identify and flag supply risks; escape with recommendations
