Qualifications

• Proven experience managing demand planning, inventory and procurement in e-commerce or logistics.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MRP processes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day supply chain operations to meet customer SLAs.
• Lead the S&OP cadence and develop forecasts.
• Manage supplier relationships and procurement activities.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and perform root-cause analysis.
• Partner with logistics providers to optimize transportation and reduce lead times.
