Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in student housing or higher-education real estate market analysis.
• Experience building financial feasibility models.
• Comfortable working as a 1099 project-based consultant.

Responsibilities

• Analyze student demand, enrollment trends, and off-campus market supply - Run student surveys and focus groups.
• Build financial feasibility and delivery models (including P3).
• Recommend unit mix, phasing, and pricing.
• Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming.
