Job summary

AlphaGov is seeking a Student Housing Market & Feasibility Analyst for ongoing higher-education engagements, starting with a SUNY campus project. The role is remote-first as a 1099 project-based consultant, with occasional client travel.

You will analyze student demand and market supply, perform surveys, and build financial feasibility and delivery models, including P3. You’ll contribute to proposals with your qualifications and past-performance narrative when named on the engagement.

Qualifications

• Financial feasibility modeling experience.
• Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant.
