Job summary

Rula is a remote-first company expanding its in-person behavioral healthcare services across the United States. The Strategy & Operations Manager will act as the operational lead for in-person psychiatry, partnering with supply teams to build provider channels, demand generation, and compliant market expansion.

The ideal candidate shows strong analytical thinking, excellent remote communication, and a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives in high-growth environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, strategy & operations, or related analytical roles
• 2+ years leading cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical and modeling skills; proficient in data querying
• Excellent remote communication, able to synthesize analyses for varied audiences
• Experience turning business problems into actionable strategies

Responsibilities

• Lead expansion of in-person behavioral healthcare and scale psychiatry services
• Define provider acquisition channels and value propositions
• Design demand generation strategies and ensure regulatory compliance across markets
• Own high-impact initiatives as the care model scales and priorities evolve
