Job summary

RTS is seeking a Strategy Manager to lead creative strategy within the Partnerships Team, shaping ideas from ideation to execution for Evo and creator programs. You will work across Sales, Marketing, Product, Production, and external partners to deliver compelling, culturally relevant campaigns.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in strategy, strong storytelling, and a portfolio of brand campaigns. Based in California or Nevada, RTs offers a remote-first culture and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in creative strategy, brand strategy, or integrated marketing.
• Portfolio or case studies highlighting campaigns or partnerships.
• Strong ideas for brand campaigns, talent-led programs, and activations.
• Excellent storytelling and visual communication for decks and case studies.
• Proven account management and client-facing experience.
• Fluency in gaming and creator culture; related categories preferred.
• Based in California (SF/LA) or Nevada (Las Vegas metro).

Responsibilities

• Translate objectives into sharp, ownable creative campaign concepts across Evo and creator ecosystems.
• Develop strategic proposals, creative treatments, pitch decks, and one-pagers.
• Conduct trend research in entertainment, marketing, and culture to guide strategy.
• Use audience insights and performance data to inform actionable strategies.
• Create concise reports on campaign performance for stakeholders.
• Ensure creative output aligns with client goals and RTS vision.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Content, and Operations to execute ideas.
