Job summary

RTS is seeking a Strategy Manager to join the Partnerships Team and elevate how we ideate, pitch, and deliver integrated brand partnerships. This role sits at the heart of storytelling, creative development, and strategic thinking, shaping opportunities across Evo and creator programs.

You'll collaborate across teams to drive the creative vision behind campaigns that deliver real value for communities and brand partners, translating client goals into impactful solutions in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in creative strategy, brand strategy or integrated marketing.
• Portfolio or case studies highlighting campaigns or partnerships.
• Proven ability to develop breakthrough ideas for large-scale activations.
• Excellent storytelling and visuals in presentations and decks.
• Proven account management and client-facing experience.
• Fluency in gaming and creator culture; experience with live events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand objectives into ownable creative concepts across Evo and creator ecosystems.
• Develop strategic proposals, treatments, pitch decks, and one-pagers communicating value.
• Research trends in entertainment, marketing, and culture to inform ideation.
• Use audience insights and data to shape actionable strategies and recommendations.
• Turn campaign performance into concise strategic reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure output aligns with client goals and RTS internal standards.
