Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Staff Infrastructure Engineer to design and operate production-grade infrastructure spanning multi-region Kubernetes across US GCP, EU GCP, and AWS GovCloud. You will build self-serve internal platforms and enable engineers to deploy with minimal infra involvement.

You will own reliability, security, and performance, implementing zero-trust principles, Vault secrets, and strong observability to support high-stakes investigations and mission-critical workloads.

Qualifications

• Experience taking infrastructure from zero to production-ready system.
• Strong knowledge of multi-region, multi-cloud deployments.
• Proficiency in Go or Python and building tooling for infra.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-region Kubernetes infrastructure across US GCP, EU GCP, and AWS GovCloud.
• Develop a self-serve internal PaaS used by 60+ engineers with minimal infra involvement.
• Implement zero-trust secrets management, Vault, and robust security controls.
