Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Staff Software Engineer on the Agent Engagement and Experience team within the Enterprise Applications and Architecture (EAA) org. You will architect distributed backend systems and oversee end-to-end delivery for CX and compliance workflows across the company.

8+ years of software engineering experience with distributed systems.
Proficiency in Go and scalable backend services, including API development (gRPC, GraphQL).
Cloud infrastructure and DevOps tooling experience (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD).
Strong mentoring, leadership, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities
