Qualifications
- 12+ years software engineering with staff-plus level.
- Experience with blockchain nodes/protocols and staking/bridging.
- Led large multi-team architectural initiatives.
- AI automation to reduce operational toil with measurable results.
- Generative AI used responsibly with human oversight.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive multi-quarter technical strategy for Blockchain Platform across nodes, wallets, indexing, and asset lifecycle.
- Architect and evolve core platform infrastructure for high availability, low latency, cost efficiency, and security.
- Lead end-to-end design and rollout of cross-team architectural initiatives with clear milestones.
- Set engineering standards for correctness, security, reliability, testing, and observability.
- Own data-driven reliability improvements using observability signals to drive remediation.
- Represent Blockchain Platform in executive forums and secure buy-in for high-impact bets.
