Qualifications

12+ years of software engineering experience with staff-plus level design and scale.
Hands-on experience with blockchain protocols (EVM, Solana, Bitcoin, L2s) and staking/bridging.
Proven track record leading large multi-team architectural initiatives.

Responsibilities

Define and drive multi-quarter technical strategy for Blockchain Platform.
Architect core platform infrastructure for high availability, low latency, cost efficiency, and security at global scale.
Lead end-to-end design and rollout of cross-team architectural initiatives.
Drive engineering standards for correctness, security, reliability, testing, and observability.
Own data-driven reliability improvements using observability signals to remediate gaps.
Represent Blockchain Platform in executive and cross-org forums to secure buy-in for high-impact bets like Yield and Stablecoins.
