3Pillar Global, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to join our remote-first team.

You will contribute to transformative data and software projects, including migrating on‑prem assets to Snowflake and Azure and building scalable backend and data solutions. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers in a fast-paced, agile environment, stay current with evolving technologies, and deliver high-quality software that drives client success.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Python and SQL.
Experience with Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle; stored procedures.
DevOps/Agile: Git, Jenkins.
Experience migrating Data and Data Engineering assets to cloud platforms.
Experience in engineering software systems of medium-to-large scope and complexity.
Proficiency in the English language.

Responsibilities

Develop a Data and Cloud migration framework that accelerates migration to Snowflake Data and Azure Cloud platforms.
Assist with migration of on-premise assets to the Cloud platforms.
Maintain and improve the team's software solutions and infrastructure.
Contribute to team’s continuous improvement and best practices for deployment and management on Data and Cloud platforms.
Develop new solutions and enhance existing solutions.
Provide accurate status tracking, reporting, and estimation using project tools.
Communicate status of personal work plans and tasks in agile ceremonies and planning.
