BILL is seeking a senior Product Analytics lead to own the Accounts Payable analytics. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and AP leadership to uncover insights, define metrics, and drive data-informed roadmap decisions.

The role emphasizes causal inference, production dbt models, and AI-assisted reporting, with executive visibility from day one. Remote-first culture with office options in San Jose and Draper.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product analytics, data science or related field.
• Own end-to-end analytics for a domain.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.

Responsibilities

• Set analytics agenda for AP and align with Product roadmap.
• Define metrics, OKRs, and run deep-dive reviews with Product.
• Run experiments and apply causal inference to justify recommendations.
• Build production-grade data models in dbt with tests and docs.
• Automate recurring reporting and enable AI-assisted workflows.
• Present metrics to senior leadership and defend with data.
