Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, including statistical analysis and coding (Python, R, SQL).
• Alternative: 8+ years plus a Master's degree with analytics, statistical analysis, and coding experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis using SQL, R, and Python.
• Proactively propose new analyses, infrastructure, or experiments to improve business outcomes.
• Own project results end-to-end, including problem definition, metric development, data extraction and manipulation, visualization, and stakeholder presentation.
• Frame ambiguous problems, form hypotheses, and recommend solutions by combining analytical depth with product-specific expertise.
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-organizational project and process timelines.
• Develop process improvements and recommendations, and help define operational goals and objectives.
• Directly or indirectly oversee others' contributions and support colleagues' growth in the area of specialization.
