Job summary

Lively is a remote-first company seeking a Senior Product Compliance Analyst to join our Legal & Compliance team. Focus will be on HSA, FSA, and HRA products, ensuring regulatory compliance and reviewing marketing content for consumer protections.

You will lead risk assessments for new features, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations, and support audits and regulatory monitoring. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or benefits administration.
• Strong working knowledge of benefits regulatory requirements for tax-advantaged accounts (HSA, FSA, HRA).
• Familiarity with processing of benefit account transactions (ACH, card networks).
• Ability to interpret IRS guidance and regulatory materials and translate to product requirements for lay audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable handling live questions and regulatory impact assessments.
• Comfortable acting as embedded compliance partner across product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams.
• HIPAA/GLBA or consumer data privacy familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Internal Subject Matter Expertise: develop deep expertise and serve as internal compliance resource for Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales.
• Review marketing materials and customer-facing content for UDAAP compliance and regulatory accuracy.
• Lead compliance risk assessments for new product features and platform developments, including AI-powered tools.
• Evaluate regulatory risk of product changes and track mitigation and remediation.
• Identify privacy implications and escalate as appropriate.
• Regulatory Monitoring: monitor developments and produce impact assessments for affected teams.
• Escalation Support: assist with customer escalations involving regulatory considerations.
