Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Production Engineer to join its Enterprise Technology & Infrastructure team to run live streaming for company-wide events, All-Hands meetings and executive communications.

You will handle pre-event planning, real-time troubleshooting and post-event analysis, coordinating with AV vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless delivery, platform operations, incident management and ongoing improvements across process engineering, platform design and quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in live event production, broadcast engineering, or related technical roles.
• Proven expertise in professional streaming platforms and real-time troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of video streaming protocols (RTMP, NDI, SRT), encoding hardware/software, CDN concepts, and monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and SRE practices is a plus.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $148,500–$223,900 annually, with higher ranges in select cities.
