Job summary

Binance.US is seeking an Associate General Counsel, Litigation to lead and manage its litigation portfolio across jurisdictions, coordinating with external law firms and internal stakeholders.

You will develop case strategy, supervise budgets, and provide practical risk-based guidance while mentoring the Legal team and partnering with Compliance, Finance, Product, Operations, Marketing, and People to mitigate legal risk.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership.
• At least 6 years of post-law-school practicing legal experience, including complex litigation.
• Significant experience managing outside litigation counsel and coordinating strategy across firms.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of litigation, arbitration, investigations and other matters across jurisdictions.
• Develop litigation strategy with Legal leadership and direct external counsel.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure consistent strategy and timely guidance.
• Evaluate claims, exposure, and provide practical risk-based recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Oversee pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation across matters.
• Establish outside-counsel management practices including budgets and staffing.
