Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent required.

• Experience owning complex disclosures and coordinating auditors.

Responsibilities

• Own major portions of the end-to-end 10-Q/10-K/8-K production cycle, including calendar management and final filing support.
• Lead complex disclosures translating accounting, business, and operational changes into external reporting.
• Coordinate with Controllership, Technical Accounting, FP&A, Investor Relations, Legal, Tax, and external auditors.
• Drive improvements to reporting infrastructure and processes (Workiva, data flows, templates, controls).
• Support audit requests and board materials; provide ad hoc analyses as needed.
• Coach junior team members through review and best practices.
