DEPT is seeking an Account Lead, Retail Search to drive paid search strategies for an enterprise retail account across Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy & Target. You will guide a team of specialists, build data-driven plans, and ensure delivery within budget and timelines.

This remote-first role requires candidates in Mountain or Pacific time zones, with proven experience in retail media networks, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable growth for clients.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in paid search advertising with focus on retail media networks.
Minimum of 3 years in client-facing roles.
Proven track record managing paid search for enterprise accounts.
Deep understanding of retail media networks and platforms.
Proficiency with Google/Bing Ads and analytics tools.
Strong analytical and relationship-building skills.
