Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Manager of Retail Paid Search to lead Amazon Sponsored Ads for enterprise clients. This individual-contributor role will own strategy, activation, and optimization, with opportunities to mentor junior practitioners as the team expands.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client objectives are met, deliver robust reporting, insights, and timely projects within budget. This position supports US-based enterprise accounts with remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years paid marketing/ecommerce experience.
• 2+ years paid search experience.
• 2+ years building paid search campaigns in Amazon.
• 2+ years client-facing engagements with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Amazon Sponsored Ads strategy for enterprise clients.
• Own campaigns from conception to activation and optimization.
• Provide reporting, insights and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with client objectives.
• Coach junior teammates as the Retail Media practice grows.
