AbsenceSoft is transforming the employee experience with secure, intuitive technology for HR professionals. The Product Director, TPA, PEO & Carrier will own strategy, roadmap, pricing, and results for the TPA/PEO/Carrier segment, starting as an individual contributor with potential to build a team.

You’ll lead multi-employer platform strategy, drive AI-enabled operations, set pricing in collaboration with Finance and Sales, and track adoption and performance metrics while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, end-to-end ownership as hands-on contributor.
• Experience shipping AI/LLM features into production with governance.
• Experience owning pricing, packaging, and business cases for a product line.
• Enterprise B2B SaaS experience with strong data fluency.
• Domain experience in leave/absence, disability, or related benefits preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own strategy, roadmap, and results for TPA, PEO, and Carrier partners.
• Set platform strategy for multi-employer administration across apps and APIs.
• Bring AI into partner operations to increase case-manager capacity with governance.
• Set pricing and packaging with Finance and Sales.
• Track adoption, growth, and operational metrics.
• Present strategy and progress to executive and partner leadership.
• Maintain applicable company controls, security, and compliance standards.
