Job summary

Talently is seeking a Membership Sales Manager to grow a premier lakeside resort’s membership base in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. This remote role requires travel to the resort as needed, with commissions tied to memberships sold and potential for group business bonuses.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in timeshare, vacation ownership, or golf club membership sales, with a proven quota performance. You’ll work from home in the DFW area and collaborate with the on-property team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of timeshare, vacation ownership, golf club membership, or private club sales experience.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-driven environment.
• Strong closing skills and comfortable with a high-activity, prospecting-heavy model.
• Self-motivated, disciplined to succeed in a remote, territory-based role.
• Polished presence with presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Current residence in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with travel to the resort as needed.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and events.

Responsibilities

• Drive new membership sales across all tiers to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, community engagement, and events in the DFW market.
• Convert inbound inquiries and qualified prospects into active members.
• Deliver compelling membership presentations, virtually and in person, highlighting lifestyle and amenities.
• Host prospective members at the resort during property visits.
• Prepare and present membership proposals and onboarding for new members.
• Identify upgrade opportunities and support member retention and renewals.
• Prospect and secure group and corporate business from the DFW market.
• Partner with marketing on campaigns, referrals, and events.
• Maintain CRM records, track pipeline metrics, and provide monthly sales reports.
