Job summary

Evo is seeking a Lead Event Producer to serve as the project leader and operational engine behind Evo’s flagship live events. You will drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Marketing, Event Operations, Broadcast Production, and Business Development from concept through to on-site delivery.

This role sits within the Evo Product & Community organization and acts as the connective tissue across all internal and external workstreams.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience leading large-scale live event productions.
Mastery of integrated multi-workstream schedules with budgets and milestones.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
Experience with complex project budgets and contracts.
Literacy across live broadcast, digital workflows, and venue contracting.
Ability to navigate fast-paced live production environments.
Passion for gaming, esports, or adjacent entertainment.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end master event schedule across GTM, marketing, stage, and broadcast.
Coordinate across Product, Event Ops, Creative, Marketing, and Broadcast to resolve dependencies.
Translate partner agreements into clear cross-functional operational plans.
Oversee on-site delivery and post-event reconciliation to refine playbooks.
