Job summary

Evo seeks a Lead Event Producer to drive the flagship live events, coordinating cross-functional teams from product and marketing to broadcast and operations. You will ensure milestones, show programming, and on-site builds land on time and within budget.

The role requires deep governance experience, strong commercial acumen, and a collaborative leadership style within the Evo Product & Community organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale live event productions (agency/sports/gaming preferred).
• Mastery of multi-workstream schedules with budget/milestone accountability.
• Strong communication and relationship management with executives and partners.
• Solid understanding of broadcast, digital content, and venue operations.
• Ability to navigate fast-paced production with structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Leadership: own end-to-end event schedule and milestones across GTM, features, stage build-outs, and broadcast.
• Show & Business Partnerships: translate partner agreements into cross-functional operational plans and ensure on-site/on-stream delivery.
• Financial Management: manage budgets, review contracts, and reconcile expenditures with finance.
• On-Site Delivery & Post-Event Reporting: direct on-site delivery, coordinate cross-department workflows, and lead post-mortems.
