Job summary

RTS is seeking a Director of Product, Evo to lead the vision, development, and evolution of Evo’s live events and consumer products. You will own end-to-end development of select Evo products, from tournament formats to on-site attractions, ensuring delivery aligns with Evo’s community and brand.

You will work across departments to define audience, goals, budget, and measures of success while guiding product strategy and leadership development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across product management, live event development, experience design, or creative leadership, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, priorities, plans, and measures of success for major Evo products, including live events and on-site attractions.
• Write clear product and event briefs that define experience goals, spatial concepts, stage requirements, tournament parameters, and what each team is expected to deliver.
• Define ticket types, experience packages, benefits, and attendee value with cross-functional teams.
• Lead development of flagship event features and experiential zones, including museum exhibits and vendor villages.
• Lead post-event product reviews and turn community feedback, viewership data, and surveys into clear improvements.
