Coinbase Canada seeks a seasoned Head of Finance to lead financial and regulatory reporting for the Canadian business, reporting to the Director of Reporting and Technical Policy. You will own Form 31-103F1 and CIRO submissions, set IFRS standards, and interact with senior leadership and regulators to ensure compliant, timely reporting.

You will drive automation, leverage AI with human oversight, and collaborate across Tax, Legal, and Technology to strengthen capital, liquidity, and governance

Formación

• 13+ years in finance, accounting, or regulatory reporting in financial services or fintech.
• Expertise preparing CIRO Form 1 and Form 31-103F1 for regulated entities.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and regulator-facing communication ability.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy, governance, and process architecture for financial and regulatory reporting in Coinbase Canada.
• Lead audit-ready preparation of Form 31-103F1, CIRO Form 1, and OSC/CIRO submissions.
• Set standards for IFRS books, reconciliations, capital calculations, and supporting docs.
• Represent Finance in examinations, inquiries, and filings with regulators.
• Advise executives and the Board on financial performance, regulatory capital, liquidity, and risks.
• Partner with Tax, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Product, and Tech to align reporting and strategy.
• Build capability through talent development, outsourced governance, and KPI/SLA accountability.
