Focal Systems is seeking a hands-on operations leader to build and scale the UK field operations team. You will drive field-service performance, establish SLAs, and partner with executives to shape strategy while maintaining strong relationships with retail partners.

In a remote-first environment, you will define and monitor key metrics, optimize processes, and lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure excellent customer outcomes across UK partners.

Qualifications

• Hands-on operations leader with a track record of scaling field teams and processes.
• Runs operations on data, builds structure, and thrives in a remote-first environment.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional field activities and partner-facing programs.

Responsibilities

• Own field-service performance and SLA delivery, building and developing the UK field operations team.
• Define, track, and report key metrics, and partner with executive leadership on strategy.
• Act as senior escalation point and build strong relationships with retail partners.
