Job summary

Zip Co is hiring a Group Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of new direct-to-consumer financial products adjacent to the core BNPL offering. You will own the multi-year roadmap and ensure a cohesive product experience across Zip’s growing portfolio, balancing customer needs with sustainable business outcomes.

• 10+ years of product-management experience, including consumer-facing digital products.
• At least three years of experience directly managing Product Managers.

• Lead strategy and development of direct-to-consumer financial products adjacent to Zip’s BNPL offering.
• Shape a cohesive customer experience across Zip’s portfolio to drive adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers (1–3) and work cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Compliance.
