Job summary

Zip Co Limited is seeking a Group Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution for new D2C financial products adjacent to our BNPL offering. You will own the lifecycle from discovery to scale, ensuring a cohesive customer experience across the growing Zip portfolio.

You will lead 1–3 Product Managers and collaborate with design, engineering, data, and risk teams to deliver measurable business outcomes while maintaining high standards of trust and responsibility in consumer finance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product-management experience in consumer-facing digital products.
• 3+ years of directly managing Product Managers with a track record of building teams.
• Experience leading direct-to-consumer financial products within consumer lending or fintech.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and multi-year roadmap for Zip’s D2C portfolio.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers (1-3 PMs).
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Compliance to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Define go-to-market, onboarding, lifecycle engagement, and cross-sell plans.
