RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives. The role partners with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits' compliance vision and requires strong program management and attention to detail.

Base salary ranges from $80,800 to $101,000 annually and includes short-term incentive eligibility. The position offers a remote-first work environment and opportunities to influence risk management across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives with security and compliance teams.
• Maintain and document processes across the enterprise to reduce security risk and support control improvements.
• Perform risk assessments and produce views/reports for executives on the program health and risk position.
• Assist with GRC platform to document controls and risk information.
• Manage 3rd party vendor assessment and compliance.
• Stay up to date with audit and compliance trends.
• Assist with development of policies, procedures, and standards.
