Job summary

Placemakr is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations across our properties in the US. You will motivate and develop your team, drive service excellence, manage budgets, and collaborate with ownership groups to elevate performance.

This remote-first role requires open availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, with in-person get‑togethers twice a year. You’ll steward safety, standards, and guest experience while delivering consistent financial results.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in a leadership role in retail, hospitality or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent managerial experience.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and optimize service.
