The role offers a Remote First setting with in-person court requirements and a low billable-hours target, plus direct client contact and opportunities to develop substantive litigation skills early in your career.

The position emphasizes handling divorce, custody, and support matters, with collaborative teamwork and a client-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 0-3 years of Family Law experience.
• Active admission to the Washington State Bar.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.
• Experience in Family Law preferred; open to litigation candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a variety of family law cases, such as divorce, custody, and support.
• Direct client communications, draft legal documents, and coordinate depositions and mediations.
• Appear in court when required and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
