The role offers remote-first flexibility with in-person court requirements, handling a range of family law matters, including divorce and child custody, while directly communicating with clients.

Ideal candidates have four or more years in Family Law, possess Washington State Bar admission, and demonstrate strong writing and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of Family Law experience.
• Experience in Family Law preferred; open to litigation candidates.
• Active admission to the Washington State Bar.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be adept at handling a variety of family law cases, such as divorce, custody, and child and spousal support.
• Be comfortable with direct client communications, drafting legal documents, and handling depositions, court appearances, and mediations.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
