Cribl, a remote-first B2B SAAS data observability company, seeks a Facility Security Officer to own Cribl\'s industrial-security program with DCSA. You\'ll sponsor FCL, manage cleared personnel, and guide security across contracts, legal, and IT.

Qualifications

• US citizenship with active Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret.
• 7+ years of industrial- or personnel-security experience.
• Experience as appointed FSO or Assistant FSO for cleared contractors.
• Working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 and NISPOM.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate in a remote-first, distributed organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage FCL sponsorship and maintenance in NISS.
• Manage the cleared-personnel lifecycle in DISS/NBIS.
• Guide applicants through eApp and maintain records.
• Deliver security briefings (initial/annual/insider-threat).
• Review DD Form 254s and advise on security requirements.
• Lead self-inspections and prepare reports for DCSA Reviews.
• Serve as Cribl's primary contact with DCSA on security matters.
• Partner with Workplace on access control and secure areas.
• Establish and maintain security policies and training programs.
