Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Facility Security Officer to build and manage our industrial security program as our federal business grows. You’ll serve as Cribl’s FSO of record with DCSA, own the FCL program, and ensure compliance with NISPOM and 32 CFR Part 117 across a remote-first, distributed workforce.

You will partner with Legal, Contracts, Public Sector Sales, IT, Workplace, and Security & Compliance to implement policies, shepherd personnel-security processes, and prepare for security reviews.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industrial‑security experience, including appointed FSO roles.
• Experience with DCSA processes and NISPOM compliance.
• Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage FCL sponsorship and NISS/KMP changes, including FOCI reporting.
• Oversee the cleared‑personnel lifecycle in DISS/NBIS, including sponsorship and investigations.
• Guide applicants through eApp and maintain confidential personnel‑security records.
• Deliver initial, annual, insider‑threat, foreign travel, and other required security briefings.
• Review DD Form 254s and advise on security requirements before commitments.
• Lead annual self‑inspections and prepare for DCSA Security Reviews.
