Cribl is seeking a Facility Security Officer to build and manage our industrial security program as federal business grows. You will serve as Cribl's FSO with DCSA, own the FCL program, and support NISPOM compliance in a remote-first team spanning multiple time zones.

The role requires U.S. citizenship and an active security clearance, with 7+ years in industrial security and strong written and oral communication skills. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industrial‑ or personnel‑security experience.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.
• Hands‑on experience with DISS/NBIS, NISS, eApp, FCL processing, SF-328/FOCI, DD Form 254s, self‑inspections, and DCSA Security Reviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage FCL sponsorship and maintenance in NISS, including SF-328, KMP designations, changed conditions, and FOCI reporting.
• Manage the cleared‑personnel lifecycle in DISS/NBIS, including sponsorship, investigations, reinvestigations, continuous vetting, transfers, debriefings, and terminations.
• Guide applicants through eApp and maintain accurate, confidential personnel‑security records.
• Deliver initial, annual, insider‑threat, foreign‑travel, and other required security briefings.
• Review and maintain DD Form 254s, process visit authorizations, and advise Contracts and Legal on security requirements.
