This role supports senior leadership with complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and meticulous document handling in a fast-paced, confidential environment. We review every application and respond to every candidate.

Responsabilités

• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics for senior leadership
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
• Prepare, proofread, and organize correspondence, presentations, and internal documents
• Act as a liaison between leadership, staff, and external clients or partners
• Track action items from meetings and follow up to ensure timely completion
• Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
