Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain the general ledger
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor statements on a regular schedule
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking
• Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries for management review
• Support payroll processing and ensure accurate tracking of related expenses
• Assist with preparation of documentation for tax filings and external accountants
